Charity Night

Last year I was invited to a charity night at the Bentley Hotel in Lincoln to raise money for cancer research. The night was an evening with Nigel Benn and Steve Collins, two former middleweight world boxing champions, Benn being one of my all time heroes.
The evening is organised by one of my personal sponsors, KD Plant of Lincoln.
On the Saturday night after qualifying at Brands I drove up to Lincoln for this year’s charity night with Frank Bruno and reigning world champion Ricky Hatton.
It was an awesome night, good to meet the guys, the merchandise auction earned £15’000 and to top it off I won a tv/dvd in the raffle.
Bruno was funny on stage but Ricky Hatton should have been a comedian, he is so funny… anyway if he told you to laugh who’d argue!
